Tblends Global Returns and Refund Policy

 

At Tblends Global, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly process a refund. 

 

1. Change of Mind

– If you change your mind about your purchase, please send your unopened item back to us within 15 business days from the date of shipment. The cost of return shipment will be your responsibility.  

– To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.

 

2. Defective or Damaged Products

– If you receive an item in a damaged condition, we are truly sorry. We will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.

 

3. How to Return Your Item

4. Refund Process  

– Once we receive your returned item, our team will check the condition of the items. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 

5. Shipping Costs

– Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
